Project Description
Lifelong Skills Training is a family-oriented Learning Centre which supports approximately 50 young adults with special needs from ages 16 through 22. The participants and their families are assisted in entering adulthood through a multi-faceted approach. LSTI provide them with a continuing free education in skills training, life skills and self-help skills to ensure that they live full and productive lives. LSTI offers these same services to special parents who are unable to work, but want to continue their growth as well, by encouraging them to come learn and volunteer at the Centre.
