Visiting orphanages

Project Description

The Phiri School is located just below the Veronica Glacier in the Sacred Valley, also known as the mountain with sacred tears which the locals believe fertilizes the soil. This school has four classrooms and around 65 of the sweetest children you will ever meet. Some of these children walk for an hour to get to the school, as do the teachers. The school is very proud that they have won an environmental award, which is very special in this area. Anything you can bring for the school will be appreciated more than you can imagine!
