I am a junior at North Carolina State University pursuing a dual degree in Business Administration and International Studies with a concentration in Sustainability and Development. Additionally, I am pursuing a minor in French. I thankfully discovered Pack for a Purpose through one of the advisors at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at NC State. After my interview with Rebecca, I realized this internship would be a wonderful opportunity as I would be able to use both my international studies skill and business skills.

Since I was young, I have always had a passion for learning about other cultures and traveling. Luckily in this upcoming year, I will have the opportunity to feed my passion for traveling as I will be traveling to Germany for 10 days in the Spring. Additionally, in the Fall of 2023, I plan to study abroad in France for the semester at l’Université Catholique de Lille. I am hoping in the future that I will be able to work abroad for similar humanitarian organizations and continue to make an impact on the world.

In my free time, I enjoy singing in my A Cappella group at NC State and participating in other organizations on campus. One of my favorite organizations aside from A Capella is the Hamilton Scholars Program which promotes professional development and relations between other dual degree students studying Business and International Studies.

Additionally, I enjoy doing photoshoots for my photography business which I started in May of 2020 during COVID-19. Since then, I have cultivated a small freelance photography business which includes graduate, senior, couple, individual photography and videography.

Lastly, my most favorite things in the world are my four goofball cats. Two that live at home, Pee Wee and Fortune and the two that live with me, Inky and Plue.

Since being hired in December, I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to improve my cross-cultural competency, communicate with amazing travelers and work with passionate people. I look forward to working for Pack for a Purpose and making a Big Impact.
